Registration: 

Registration fee information for the conference is provided below 

  • Institutional Members: $150
  • Associate Members: $250
  • Boot Camp:
    • Members with less than 3 years experience: Free
    • Members with 3 or more years experience: $50

Please note: Active paid membership is required for registration. Non-members who wish to register should contact lasf[email protected]. Registrations received on or after October 1 will be assessed a late registration fee of $25

Agenda:

The conference will feature various sessions for all types of institutions and organizations, as well as sessions from Department of Education and NASFAA representatives.

Hotel:

The LASFAA Fall Conference Site Committee has selected the historic Le Pavillon Hotel to host our Annual Fall Conference! Glamorous and grand, the reimagined Le Pavillon Hotel greets guests with a rich, storied past, lavish design, modern amenities and traditional southern hospitality. Blending historic charm with modern luxury, Le Pavillon is a reimagined classical hotel with a vibrant and glamorous edge near New Orleans' French Quarter. Originally the site of one of the area’s first great plantation homes, Le Pavillon Hotel in New Orleans sits at the heart of the historic city. Opened in 1907, it rose to instant international acclaim as one of America’s most notable new hotels. The “Belle of New Orleans” features a breathtaking lobby with marble floors, fine statuary, spectacular Czechoslovakian crystal chandeliers, and an array of American and European antique furnishings and artwork. The hotel has 226 Guestrooms which include Elegant Furnishings, 46 in. TV, Marble Bathroom, Work Desk, In-Room Safe, Premium Room, Sitting Area, and Tub. 

To ensure easy access to the hotel, casino and restaurants, you’ll find 3,200 spaces of free parking, including free valet service, as well as covered parking in our convenient garage.

Please note: The hotel preservation fee will be removed and eligible institutions need to submit a tax-exempt document by September 9th.
