2008 Conference/Workshop Exhibit Form

The cost for exhibiting at a LASFAA sponsored events is $2500 annually. By paying this fee, an exhibitor has the right to exhibit at all LASFAA sponsored events for the year current fiscal year which includes the Spring 2008 and Fall 2008 conferences. Please reference the Corporate Sponsorship and Exhibitor General Information Statement detailed information regarding sponsorship.

This is a multi-part form and is not complete until you reach the final invoice page.

I AM in the LASFAA database
Fill in your Username and Password. Your next screen (Part 2) will be your Member Profile as it currently appears in the database. You may change your password and make any other necessary corrections. Click "Continue" to go to Part 3.

I AM NOT in the LASFAA database
Your next screen (Part 2) will be a blank Member Profile page. Select a password. Do not use personal information for your password since this will be emailed to you. You will receive a copy of your Username and Password by email, following your initial login. Use these for any future logins. Complete the form and click "Continue" to go to Part 3.

Revise Your Submission
If you are returning to revise your form , please use the "Revise Existing Form " section below. Enter your Username and Password. Part 2 is your Member Profile. In Part 3, your previous selection(s) will be shown. Make any necessary changes. Your previously entered sponsorship information will be deleted and replaced with the new.

Cancel Your Submission
Cancelling your Submission? Select "Cancel Form " and enter your Username and Password. Your sponsorship will be deleted from the records and cannot be recovered.
